Hello People! 

We just returned from two weeks floating around on a Gay Boat in Europe. There is literally nothing like a day wandering around Barcelona and returning to a giant cruise ship just in time to curl your hair and do a show for hundreds of delightful gay men (and three terrific lesbians).

The equivalent of a "My Name Is" tag on a gay cruise. This is Day 1.

At the molecular bar on board, sometimes the drinks were on fire.

You may think this is a cast of someone suffocating while Mt. Vesuvius erupted over Pompeii, but we think it's jet lag.

Mel has the cliche but ultimately delicious "relationship with her pizza" in Naples.

This woman's family has been handcrafting mozzarella cheese for the past nine thousand years.

El is gonna eat that cheese like it's her job.

Mel & El in front of the Ponte Vecchio ("Old Bridge") in Florence,

hoping that standing in front of it will make them look younger.

Yes. Yes, she is.

Where Mel spent much of her time in Europe.

Sometimes this is what happens when you are walking around on a gay cruise.

Other times, this is what happens.

This is how they do candy in Barcelona.

This is how they do everything in Ibiza.

And this is how El drinks a pitcher of sangria.

Some folks dress like this at the White Party.

Other folks keep it simple and wear Mrs. Lovett's Meat Pies aprons in honor of Patti LuPone who was on board!

Mel & El have a Pose-off. It's a tie.

But Mel wins the Grimace-off by a landslide.

The queens get testy and acerbic by Day 10.

Mel & El have been flying for twenty hours. How is it still light out?
